Before proceeding with a commission I am happy to answer questions and advise on what I am able to offer, as well as view any photo reference with no obligation. For portrait drawings please bear in mind the bigger the drawing will be, the more detail and accuracy of likeness can be achieved. My portraits are drawn in pencil/graphite and will have a plain shaded background, unless there is a specific background to the piece that you require.
If you would like to commission me for a piece of your own personal artwork please feel free to contact me at info@littlejoart.co.uk, to discuss full details including time frame, subject and pricing etc. You can find Commission Guide Prices here, however for accurate costings it is always best to contact me directly with full details of your requirements. If you would like to go ahead and need the artwork for a certain date, please allow as much notice as possible in order for me to complete the work, ideally 8 weeks minimum if possible. I will keep in touch with you throughout the process to keep you updated on how things are progressing.
I can provide mounting and framing at an extra charge if desired, I can offer standard Wooden frames, and the cost is dependant on the size of the piece. Postage and packing is additional to the price of the artwork and will depend on the package size and location the artwork is being sent to. I can provide the costing of this once I know these details.
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your commission order, but for larger pieces I am happy to discuss instalment payments with a smaller deposit if need be. The deposit is non refundable once work has commenced, and you will of course be notified when I am about to begin work on the drawing. If you would like to discuss instalment payment plans as an option to help spread the cost of the artwork, please contact me directly so that we can work out an arrangement to suit, or if you prefer you can of course pay in full upfront. Payments can be made either via Paypal or Bank transfer.
