Is your work for sale?

My works are for sale and can be purchased via my Gallery/Shop page, a selection of works are also available as prints.

Do your pieces come framed?

Pieces that come framed are noted as such, if you would like a piece of artwork framed that is shown as mounted only, please email me via the link on the contact page. All information about the artwork including size and details of mediums used etc, can be found on product descriptions for each artwork

Can I spread the cost of an artwork?

I am very happy to discuss the possibility of spreading the cost for you and arrange payment plans if needed. It is best to contact me via email so that we can discuss an arrangement to suit, please bear in mind that the artwork will only be sent once the full payment is received. The email link to contact me can be found on the contact page of the website.

How do you ship artwork?

I send mounted and framed artworks in a box, securely packaged and bubble wrapped. Small prints are sent in a hardback envelope and larger prints are sent rolled in tube. I do try to use biodegradable and recycled/recyclable packaging where possible so it may not always be pretty! Postage and packing cost depends on how and where the piece needs to be shipped and is calculated at checkout so you will know the total cost before you confirm your purchase. Artwork and prints are always sent using a tracked delivery service and require a signature on delivery.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

I always do my best to get artwork purchases and print orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sometimes I do have to allow time for mounting, framing, and sometimes stock orders to arrive with me to complete an order, plus I am doing everything on my own so it can take a little time!

Please allow up to 28 days delivery time from the receipt of your order. This is to allow me sufficient time to process, package and post your artwork. You will receive an email to let you know when your artwork has been dispatched along with the tracking information. In the rare event that there are any severe delays, I will keep in touch with you to keep you informed of your orders progress.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Due to the current situation with GPSR changes, I am unable to ship into the EU & NI as standard, however please email Info@littlejoart.co.uk to discuss if you are outside of mainland UK and wish to make a purchase

Is there anything I should know about hanging my Artwork?

It is advisable to hang the Artwork in a place that is not in direct sunlight, to avoid it fading. The same goes for Art prints. It is also recommended that you check the frame size you will need for your artwork for the frame you choose if you are not taking the artwork to a framer, and measure the space that you intend to hang the artwork. Please read the information on the product page for the artwork you would like to purchase, to ensure it will fit the space where it will hang. If you need any further advice with this I am happy to answer your questions.

Is there any further information I should know?

I do not accept returns on any artworks or prints. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you.

In the unlikely event that the artwork gets lost or is damaged in transit, please contact me so that we can resolve this for you.
